Spiritual and Totem Insights for July 15 2020 – the Rabbit

Rabbit shows up in the 7th spot today to remind us although we should not feed our fears they should be lessons in motivation … of things to overcome and obstacles to push through. Take time today to Rabbit says to look within ourselves and take out the trash, get rid of what no longer serves the highest good for our paths, our lives. We often at times without even know we are doing it, hold on to things that have no place in our lives anymore. Sometimes it is simply habits or negatives that we have developed over time that we need to balance out so that we walk in a better way. A way that embraces the good in the world. And we all know at the moment that is a difficult thing to see at times. So why not just balance it out?

Rabbit reminds us all to remember we need to nurture ourselves in order to allow our Spiritual growth to occur. It shares with us that we have all the tools needed inside of us if we just stop for a moment to collect ourselves and reach into that toolkit we all carry. By stopping for that moment and listening to that inner voice, it will give us a chance to strengthen our plans that are in motion, or review the ones we are contemplating.

Rabbit tells us not to be so quick to jump to conclusions, rather look at the larger picture and then move quickly as your instinct guides you rather than allowing fear to move you forward. Pursue your dreams, your goals with a little more adaptability, network with friends and family to help you get the results that are desired.

Rabbits also represent fertility, but of course it is up to us to make sure that that fertility shows up as positives such as creativeness, happiness, success and not negatives that we hold onto that eventually turn into fear, anger, bitterness, depression, illnesses.

Rabbit teaches that defending ourselves doesn’t always mean fighting back; it can also be accomplished by listening to what is happening in and around our Sacred Hoops and then using our intuition for the best possible outcome. Rabbit has a short life so it also reminds us to take advantage of every waking moment for all life is Sacred. Don’t get stuck on the little things in life or life around you will pass by in a blink of an eye and you will have missed the journey.

It is not enough merely to teach the ways of our Elders. We must honor those traditions by sharing and educating the World. Inspiring others …Inspiring our Youth. Through the Music… the Arts…the stories… WE All need to become proactive in saving our planet, the creatures that live upon it, and each other

Spiritual and Totem Insights for July 14 2020 – the Elemental Water

It was funny to me this morning as I picked up the Deck and shuffled I said to myself it will be an Elemental, and sure enough the 7th card that faced me this morning was the Elemental Water! So as I sat with it what was shared is it will be a day where emotions run up and down, in and out much like a roller coaster. So we must take the opportunity to channel it in the proper fashion. If we can manage to stop for a moment that emotional ride will get better with each breath and work to our advantage.

Water shares instead of feeling like a tsunami hit us, allow the Elemental to work with you not against you and it will wash the anxiety and discord away from your mind and body. Remember that as Humans our bodies are made up of 60% water, including our brains and heart are composed of 73% water, our the lungs are about 83% water. Our skin contains 64% water, muscles and kidneys are 79%, and even the bones are watery weighing in at 31% water. So why not use what we are… the Elemental Water!

Water needs to be replenished as we use it, so remember to feed yourself a constant flow of positives and fresh ideas…we are what we make of ourselves, so why not be that best version of ourselves!

Water is all about cleansing. It brings with it fluid dream states, healing powers, fluidity within our lives, regeneration and rebirth, changes that are needed within and without our Sacred Circles and the process of unconditional love for self and others.

Water is attached with Autumn the time of death and rebirth. Water is also associated with the direction of the West. Water relates to our feminine sides, Water also represents emotions and our subconscious minds, or going within. It works with our psychic abilities and will assist in the magical world with spells utilizing mirrors.

Water is strength…so learn to harness it as it takes up 65% of our human selves… Harness it… refresh it… renew your souls with it…!

Spiritual and Totem Insights for July 13 2020 – the Heron

As the 7th card flips out of the deck this day Heron steps quietly in sharing with it’s presence that we need to step through the day with our eyes wide open and slow enough to be aware of all that is affecting us. Keeping an eye on how we are reacting to things so that we optimize the most of all the possibility that is available.

Heron also is the example of patience for us today, as they make sure every step counts… and today we should do the same, instead of frustration and anxiety… take the time to slow down enough to understand things. Before you know it you will be smoothly walking about the day and things will ease up for you.

It is important that we realize we are in control of how we act/react to things and people. So put your best foot forward and set the tone for not only your day but through example for others!

Heron teaches us to ground by learning to bring balance to our OWN SACRED HOOPS… by stepping carefully through the negatives and understanding your voice is good enough and your positive outlook, the positive choices we each make can make a difference in our world.

Heron brings with it the strong connection to the Great Mother Earth. It teaches us to channel that inner strength and using it to ground and remain strong in the course. Be strong and balance so that you can accomplish many things at the same time.

Heron shares with us the ability to become independent and self reliant, yet knowing when to change and adapt in life when needed. Follow your own path, not necessarily the direction that others tell you to walk. You have this, and are capable.

Heron teach us to be comfortable in our own being, and happy. To love self and understand we are all worthy of good and positive things. Typically they spend much time on their own, but know that it is at times better to be more social and step out of their comfort zones to add experiences and keep the balance of all things in their Sacred Hoop.

Use your steps wisely as the Heron does and take advantage of the exact moment when it is time to move in a positive motion on your path.

Spiritual and Totem Insights for July 10, 2020

Eagle is here today in the 7th card space to teach us to never give up… to always have Faith in ourselves. We are each born with everything we need to survive this walk in the Human we just need to tap into it when needed. But as Eagle shows us we often forget that little fact and find ourselves spinning out of control like a fledgling that has fallen from the nest.

When that happens, Eagle says stop and look to the sky… at all the beauty that surrounds each of us. It was all created to co-exist, to support each other as everything and everyone is somehow connected to the other. Eagle brings us here today to remind us of our Soul’s energy and just how powerful we all are. So use that with a little Faith and Joyfulness to sing your heart song, to bring about the positives that are needed in your day today and everyday to be the best version of self.

Eagle a strong symbol of All that is Sacred, and reminder that we too can fly high and feel the breath of the Creator if we honor the process. We must understand that each and every act we do, each word we say, each look we make can move mountains or set up walls. We can be the strength that is needed to protect, the example needed to inspire or the calm that settles a storm. But we must honor the process. There is no easy button to push, no simple way to get things done for it all requires work in order to achieve the outcome we desire. So remember to feed the positives, weed out the negativity from your life and allow ourselves to be able to feel the Creators love upon each of us.

Eagle reminds us all that we need to care for our Spiritual needs. That the very part of who we are and walk as begins with our Spiritual side and how we connect to the Creator and all that is Sacred. Our soul’s Light, our energy, our very foundation is all about how we feed our soul. How and what we choose as we walk our paths will then mirror out to the world and invite the same to surround us.

We must remember the foundations of Humanity… Love, Respect, Wisdom, Humility, Truth, Honesty and Courage… in order to be strong and stand in a balanced and good way. We must overcome the blindness of society and the negatives they spin. This is what Eagle shares … this is what they remind us to do.

So today fly high and touch the face of Creator… stand in Integrity and Truths, and stand with All that is Sacred, all that Matters… with Love and Respect that we are meant to as Human.

Eagle speaks to us of our spiritual paths. I have been taught that the Eagle can fly to the heavens, that its wings can be touched by God Creator. When in it’s presence I feel the Grace of the Creator and All that is Sacred. The Eagle humbles me.

Teaching us to reflect and pause, to rejoice and reconnect to our spirits. To honor our paths, the ethics we have been taught. To Pray, to honor to live in a sacred manner. To listen to our Ancestors that have walked before us and in doing so listen to the wisdom that has been shared so that we can walk more positive paths. Eagles the symbol of Courage and strength, to do … to walk… the right manner. To take that courage and step into what you re meant to step to in a positive way, and allowing our spirits to soar to the heights to share in God Creator’s extended grace.

Eagles with their sharp eyesight take us to the heights to observe situations in a manner that is more beneficial for us to make clear decisions. To become that visionary and push ourselves to discover and accept self, to accept truths, adapting , changing and growing along the way.

The medicine Eagle shares is, the ability to connect to the Divine, a power of God Creator. Being able to place one foot into the spirit realm and yet remain connected and balanced with Mother Earth.

So Honor your Spirit today and everyday by connecting with the Sacredness around you!

Spiritual and Totem Insights for July 8, 2020 the Lion

Lion steps forward today in the 7th space to remind us that we all sometimes have to dig deep to find the courage we need to move through things that show up on our path that are attempting to block us from moving forward. It’s a gentle reminder that Life is not always easy and it is not supposed to be. For if it was we would not learn to appreciate all the beauty and many blessings that show up when we need them to.

Lion also speaks to us that often it is not what we want that shows up, but rather what is needed. So have courage to own it all as it makes us the brilliant people we are in any given moment.!

Lion reminds us that our actions reflect to those around us so be mindful of using the inner strength rather than force to get things done or get points across. Often things that we take charge of goes unnoticed by others as what is best for all. But stand your ground and walk with determination and purpose in order to get it done.

So today as your voice is heard, let it be the right impact, the right reason it is shared.

Lion says accept those imperfections because in doing so we understand that we are unique and important in Life. That we all matter…we all have an important part to play in the story, the journey. So grab that spark from inside and make it grow bigger, stronger and brighter… and when you do, let the world see it!

Lions bring reminders of inner strength, assertiveness and personal power to the table. They try and warn us to also take hold and control the darker side and bring it to balance so that anger and aggression doesn’t spill over and push us to people or places we do not need to be.

Lions also will make itself known in order to warn about challenges and obstacles that may arise in our lives. Guiding us so that we may be able to deal and cope with courage and insight. Reminding you to walk with self-confidence and take ownership of your personal power. Lions show us that we need to utilize our own strength, courage and assertiveness to get ahead of the situation.

Lions also teach us that we can indeed be leaders but have to be careful not to dominate everything in our relationships at home or work. Find a balance that works and things will be healthier and more positive for you and those in your Sacred Circles. Just remember to temper any anger or negative feelings that arise…

Lions the embodiment of Strength …Courage… and Empowerment!

Spiritual and Totem Insights for July 7 2020 – the Raccoon

Today in the Seventh position the Raccoon shows itself peeking out into the world. Sharing with us the true nature of ourselves. We need to take time to observe all that is around us and to take the appropriate steps needed in situations. Do not take steps just because everyone else is, you must honor what it is you know to be true deep inside yourself. If you are angered take a beat and ask yourself why, if you need more thoughtful insights take time to get them. Be wise in your choices for once taking them you can not erase what has been done, so move forward with positive intent.

Raccoon also is showing us that today sometimes it is best to stay within the shadows for a bit in order to see the bigger picture. Remember shadows are not always bad, and we must understand all aspects of shadows in order to understand all aspects of stepping into light. So today be purposeful in each act you perform as it will have a ripple effect into the world that surrounds you and everyone else. Even on a cellular level we connect, and that my friends is not something everyone wants to admit.

Raccoon teaches us to re-connect with our inner warrior, to become both provider and protector for ourselves and possibly others within our Sacred Hoop. However while assisting others, Raccoon teaches us that we must in this process, learn to do this in a way that does not make those you are helping become dependent on your help.

When dealing with issues the Raccoon leaves no stone unturned. Patiently and diligently seek the solution by taking the time needed to observe the whole picture, both the seen and the unseen to find a positive solution.

Raccoons are also the masters of curiosity, adaptability, resourcefulness, masks or illusion. They also speak of hiding behind and not being open an honest with your self. Learn to be more open and accept the gifts being offered to you right now by the universe. Be more versatile and watch for opportunity by being more aware of your surroundings and what is happening in and around your own Sacred Hoop.

Raccoon teaches us that as human we wear many masks in life and sometimes feel the need to hide our true self as protection or to hide from the reality of a situation. Just remember it is okay to do that for a short time, but do not get lost behind that mask, for we all have purpose, we all have meaning in this walk we are on.

Spiritual and Totem Insights for July 6, 2020 – the Loon

So today the Loon comes into focus as the 7th card drawn… bringing with it the shared wisdom of caring for oneself and looking deep into one’s soul to give it permission to do so. Today is a day of energies that may swirl around us and attempt to plant seeds of doubt in all aspects of our lives. So, take a breath and feel your souls’ song and continue to walk the beat in positives.

Loon understands that more than not these days we are so conditioned to put ourselves last, to back ourselves into the shadows allowing negatives to take over and run things. We need to stop today in order to not let that negativity overshadow our true self. So Plant yourself firmly and don’t let things get the best of you. You have got this, it may be a little slower today, you may be feeling anxious or a bit vulnerable…but you have what it takes to get through the day with amazing outcome, you simply have to believe in yourself!

The haunting song of the Loon calls out to us speaking to us of our Dreams, Wants and Desires… the things that we want to happen or become. They reach out to speak to our higher self. To tell us it is time to release all we have wished for so that they may open to a new reality.

Loons remind us to understand that often we are being taught while in dream state, or perhaps even visited by our Guides, Spirit and/or Loved Ones that have continued on a journey past the mere physical. We need to be open to what they are sharing with us, for they are assisting us in walking the human in a more positive way and getting us through stress and everyday life obstacles.

Loon calls through the reality and illusion of time as we know it. Mystically being able to conjure spirit and energy with their very voice will help you to awaken to possibilities that you may not have noticed and inspire your creativity. It’s time to allow the boundaries we have placed on our minds to fall away and understand that the cosmic consciousness is bigger than just one single thought… one single act…one single being…

So open to the manifestations you are trying to make happen and realize the only thing that stops us from reaching our goals is the boundaries and limits we place on self. Open to being the best incarnation of you that can be… grow, learn, live, love and expand with each new experience. Allow your soul’s very essence to reach beyond what we can see with our conscious mind and expand into all that is Sacred….
